• The product must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, undamaged).
• We offer refunds or exchanges if the return request is approved.

3. How to Return an Item?

1. Send an email to contact@t-vibedesign.com with the subject “Return Request – [Order Number]”.
2. Explain the reason for the return and attach photos (if applicable).
3. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If you are returning for other reasons (e.g., wrong size), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
